Kharkiv is known as the student capital of Ukraine. That’s why under the professor’s cap on the print, you’ll see V. N. Karazin National University — the oldest and largest in the city. In front of it proudly rides Cossack Kharko, the legendary founder of Kharkiv. Ever heard the word "trempel"? It's a local term for clothes hangers, derived from the name of a former textile factory director. The famous Barabashova Market helped Kharkiv become a key hub for Ukraine’s light industry.
