Conditions

To be returned, the item must be

  • unused and in original condition, clean, without odours (perfume, cosmetics, tobacco)
  • with all original tags and labels
  • in its original packaging (if applicable)

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged or show signs of use are not eligible for return under consumer protection rules.
